Currently we are looking for;

  1. Country managers to help develop the target markets of Spain, Italy, Portugal, India and the US.
  2. Product developers - UK based team

Country Managers
Candidates should have a technology background and have lived and worked in the target regions. Language skills are critical as is a desire to travel and a demonstrated track record in sales. We are attracted to enthusiastic and driven people who's feet are firmly on the ground commercially. It is likely that the successful applicants will have a business degree, MBA or equivalent experience and can demonstrate a record of innovation and energetic achievement. Our country managers may be based in the UK or in-region and we would invite interest from candidates on either basis.

Product Developers
Our plans for 2009 require further growth in our design and development department. If you have read our People section and would like to be considered in the future, please send your CV to be held on file. We will begin to interview for a series of roles in Q4 of 2008 and will contact you nearer the time.

Skills relate to roles and we expect to recruit;

  1. Mechanical engineers/designers
  2. Electronics/software (firmware) developers
  3. Materials specialists
  4. Optical experts
  5. Project managers with engineering/NPD backgrounds
  6. Purchasing professionals
  7. Production engineers
